Okay, so I know I’m late but words cannot describe how stupidly excited I was when I saw this. I am a fan of H. Jon Benjamin’s work. Have been since Home Movies and O’Grady (R.I.P) so, naturally I freaked out when I saw Bob Belcher’s restaurant and the Belcher kids in Sterling Archers world. It tripped me out basically.

Korra VS Aang

I need to vent really quick. The Legend of Korra SUCKS!!! I put too much stock into it; expecting it to be as good or better than the original and it doesn’t live up to the standard that the original set. Did the creators spend all their money on V.O actors like J.K Simmons and P.J Bryne and forget that content is king? The script is terrible. What happened to the writers from the original? The Legend of Korra is lacking in so many areas. The comedy, the drama, the action, everything that was great about The Last Airbender is missing from this one. It makes me sad.

So, I’m taking a scriptwriting class this semester and the assignment my professor gave over the weekend was to pick two occupations and write out ten terms someone in that occupation might use. Sounds like a pretty simple task until she says “the two you choose will have to go into a scene”. I have about 15 hours to find out what occupations to choose. Scriptwriting is not the class for someone as un-creative as I. But then again I probably shouldn’t have a blog either. Any suggestions?
